Icemama does not warrant that a person or company may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any and all items offered according to federal, state, or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to pocket knives, switchblades, items having concealed blades, and double edged blades. We feel it is extremely important to comply with guidelines established by state laws. By purchasing any item from Icemama, the buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, local, and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items.Knives can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. We strongly recommend that knife items purchased from Icemama off the InterNet not be sold to minors without parental permission.

Knives may be dangerous, even deadly, if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When you purchase knives from Icemama, you agree that you will use the purchased Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that you will train and supervise minors in the use of Icemama Merchandise and that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep Icemama Merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/ or immature individuals.

When you purchase knives from Icemama, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnify and hold Icemama harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Icemama related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.
