Shipping & Returns



The shipping & return policies below are applicable to Icemama.com

Shipping 

  • Free shipping over $75 applies to items shipped within the US continent including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Items are usually shipped within 1-3 days with the exception of pre-ordered handmade jewelry by Nino 925. For these pre-ordered items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Nino 925 items in stock ship within 1-3 days.
  • For shipment outside of the US continent, we will email you a quote with shipping charges first.
  • Within the US continent items are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item(s) are shipped. 
  • All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
  • Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee.
  • Pre-ordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.

Returns 

  • Do not return item without RMA. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Icemama prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • RMA numbers are valid for a period of 10 days only.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
  • Handmade items cannot be returned for a refund, only exchanges or credit will be issued of equal value.
  • All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
  • Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee.
  • Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
  • Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from Icemama invoice date. After 180 days, all product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.).
  • A copy of the Icemama invoice/ receipt must be included with all returns. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.
  • Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Icemama's discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Icemama selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Icemama.
  • Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal Icemama policies.
